We hope you will love our products as much as we do, but if you for whatever reason would like to exchange or return your order, we are of course more than happy to assist.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery. All the returned and exchanged products must be in the original packaging in an unworn condition with the tags attached.​

Please contact us to organize a return on: care@lateliermode.com, and our customer support team will walk you through the steps. 

Please note that we unfortunately do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Refer to the "How to make a return or exchange" guide below:​

  1. To initiate a return please contact our Customer Service team via email at care@lateliermode.com.
  2. We will reply to your email with the address of our warehouse where you can send your return package to. Please keep in mind that we do not cover the costs for returns that are returned for a refund or exchanged for another style or size.
  3. Please pack the returned products back into the original packaging by simply tearing off the used sticky strip and close it with the second sticky strip.
  4. Next, simply stick the shipping and address label onto the outside of the package and send it back to us.
  5. As soon as we receive and review your return, your refund will be issued. Note that It can take up to 1-3 business days to process your return. Once a refund has been initiated, it can take up to 10 business days for the returned funds to be available on the payment method you used to checkout. This depends on the payment method you used on checkout, and your bank's processing times.

Our warehouses are based in Italy and the UAE, enabling us to fulfill your request as soon as possible. Normal shipping times for UK, US, and EU orders are between 2-6 business days using our international logistic standard service providers. 

For all other destinations, it can take between 2-5 business days using express shipping service, but we promise you it will be worth it. 

We are, however, not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. Please note that business days are considered Monday to Friday and do not include UK bank holidays, nor weekends.

Your order may be subject to import taxes and customs fees once your order arrives at its final destination. (These are determined by your local customs office.) We do not cover these extra charges.

I want to see size equivalence in:
If after measuring yourself and consulting the table you see that you are between two sizes, you must decide according to your preferences whether to choose the smaller size (which will be tighter) or the larger (which will be looser)

1. COLLAR
We pass a tape measure around our neck, slightly dipping down at the front.

2. CHEST
We measure our chest with a tape measure passing it under our armpits and the broadest part of our chest.

3. WAIST
If you already have a belt, you can find out your SIZE by measuring from the middle of the buckle to the third hole. If, for example, the belt measures 95 cm, your size will be 95.

4. HIPS
Put your feet together and pass the measuring tape round your hips over the part which most protrudes from your bottom.

5. HAND
Measure around the widest part of your hand at the knuckles, leaving your out thumb.

6. FEET
Measure your foot from one tip to the other.
If after measuring your foot and consulting the table you find that you are between two sizes, you must opt for the larger size.
