HOW TO SHOP & PLACE AN ORDER

Many ways to shop at our store. The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new products and brands. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.

When you find an item you wish to purchase, select your size using the size guide and the quantity, then click ‘Add to bag’. You may continue shopping and add more items, or you proceed to checkout. 

The checkout process is straightforward, either create an account or proceed as a guest. We ship worldwide using multiple logistic partners. Please proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email before we start preparing it. Your order will then be shipped directly to you.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR SITE?

Here’s how:

Click on All shoes from the top navigation menu, or click on the category from the top navigation drop down menu Using search tool, search to explore a specific style or brand. Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout under ‘Summary’.

Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout. Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. That's it – we'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.

Yes. Contact our customer service advisors to do so. We're unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. Find out more about our return and delivery policy. If you ordered a bespoke item, we can only accept cancellations up to 48 hours after you placed the order.

PRICING & PAYMENT

It's up to our business model. Prices are determined by each partner, so the price of the same item may vary depending on where it's coming from and your location. That's also why placing an item in your shopping bag or Wishlist won't reserve it at a particular price.

Although we don’t have any control over price variation, we offer a complimentary delivery to your delivery destination.

This is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, we will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a full refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.  Accepted returned items will be credited to the payment method used to originally purchase the items within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 10 working days. Unfortunately, if the shoes have been worn outdoors or are otherwise damaged, the product is not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend that you check if your shoes fit your satisfaction on a carpet before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including shoe box and dust bags to avoid incurring in deductions to your refund Any original shipping charges and return charges will not ordinarily be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.

If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately, we're unable to put the stock on hold. All questions and queries are handled by our expert customer service team, so please contact us with any questions on care@lateliermode.com , so we can help you.

If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date you received it, via email to care@lateliermode.com . Please include a photo and description of the fault. We will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you.  If you have had the item for over 14 days we will look into this for you. Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned longer than 6 months. Items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

Products sold at discount can be returned, but are not eligible for free returns. 

Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order, at care@lateliermode.com to request a return and receive your returns label(s). Please inform us which item(s) you wish to return. The return label and required documents will be sent to you by email and will require printing. Fill out the returns form (which you will have received with your order), listing the item(s) you want to return, providing a reason where possible. Please ensure your returns form is enclosed in the return parcel. Make sure your items are securely wrapped back up in the materials they were delivered in. If you are returning items from multiple brands you may receive more than one return label. Please ensure the correct label is attached to each package. Once we receive the returned item(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 working days. Refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 10 working days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

The return shipping costs are on L'Atelier Mode in case of faulty or incorrect products only. We hight advise to check our detailed size charts for perfect fit.

Our store is open from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours. When your order leaves our store we will send you an email together with your tracking number and shipping details. 

From our Order Confirmation, it will take you from 1 to 3 working days to receive your purchase if you are in the UK, 2-3 working days if you are in Continental Europe and North America, and 3-4 working days if you are in Asia or Oceania. The estimate transit times are detailed during the checkout process based on your specific country.

DELIVERY

Delivery is absolutely complimentary to Europe, the USA, Canada, and Russia and chargeable for the rest of the world. It takes up is 5-7 working days for most items. All duties and taxes are included for UK customers, so you won't need to pay any additional fees

CARRIERS

Quality and speed of delivery are of paramount importance to us, so we only use premium carriers. Such as Royal Mail on UK deliveries, and UPS, DHL, FedEx on all international deliveries. You will receive your tracking number, with the email confirming your order.
