HOW TO SHOP & PLACE AN ORDER

Many ways to shop at our store. The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new products and brands. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.

When you find an item you wish to purchase, select your size using the size guide and the quantity, then click ‘Add to bag’. You may continue shopping and add more items, or you proceed to checkout. 

The checkout process is straightforward, either create an account or proceed as a guest. We ship worldwide using multiple logistic partners. Please proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email before we start preparing it. Your order will then be shipped directly to you.

No, yet you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to add your Wishlist products, place and track orders.

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR SITE?

Here’s how:

Click on All shoes from the top navigation menu, or click on the category from the top navigation drop down menu Using search tool, search to explore a specific style or brand. Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout under ‘Summary’.

Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout. Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. That's it – we'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.

Yes. Contact our customer service advisors to do so. We're unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. Find out more about our return and delivery policy. If you ordered a bespoke item, we can only accept cancellations up to 48 hours after you placed the order.

PRICING & PAYMENT

It's up to our business model. Prices are determined by each partner, so the price of the same item may vary depending on where it's coming from and your location. That's also why placing an item in your shopping bag or Wishlist won't reserve it at a particular price.

Although we don’t have any control over price variation, we offer a complimentary delivery to your delivery destination.

This is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, we will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

You can be the first to know! To be notified if a sold-out item becomes available again, send us an email with your desired product and we will let you know when it's available.

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don't offer reservations.

Your order will be carefully packaged — with branded dust bags if provided by the brand — to ensure it arrives to you in great condition.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you will love our products as much as we do, but if you for whatever reason would like to exchange or return your order, we are of course more than happy to assist. Returns and exchanges products must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery. All the returned and exchanged must be in the original packaging in an unworn condition with the tags attached.​ Please contact us to organize a return on: care@lateliermode.com, and our customer support team will walk you through the steps. 

Please note that we unfortunately do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Refer to the "How to make a return or exchange" guide below:​ 

To initiate a return please contact our Customer Service team via email at care@lateliermode.com.

We will reply to your email with the address of our warehouse where you can send your return package to.

Please keep in mind that we do not cover the costs for returns that are returned for a refund or exchanged for another style or size.

Please pack the returned products back into the original packaging by simply tearing off the used sticky strip and close it with the second sticky strip.Next, simply stick the shipping and address label onto the outside of the package and send it back to us.

As soon as we receive and review your return, your refund will be issued. Note that It can take up to 1-3 business days to process your return.

Once a refund has been initiated, it can take up to 10 business days for the returned funds to be available on the payment method you used to checkout.

This depends on the payment method you used on checkout, and your bank's processing times. 

Shipping & Delivery

Our warehouses are based in Italy and the UAE, enabling us to fulfill your request as soon as possible. Normal shipping times for US and EU orders are between 3- 10 business days using our international logistic service providers . 
For all other destinations it can take between 10-15 business days, but we promise you it will be worth it. We are, however, not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. Please note that business days are considered Monday to Friday and do not include UK bank holidays, nor weekends.
Your order may be subject to import taxes and customs fees once your order arrives at its final destination. (These are determined by your local customs office.) We do not cover these extra charges.
